RFQ Checklist
A pet bottle blowing machine price is comparable only after the input checklist is written: which bottle is measured, how wall distribution is judged, which compressed air demand and cooling water conditions apply at the quoted BPH, and whether the package is cold-fill or heat-resistant. This checklist does not publish a market price or a savings percentage.
Decision dossier
State bottle volume in litres, neck diameter in millimetres, preform drawing, cavity count and whether the quoted pet bottle blowing machine must deliver bottles into a named transfer. Name mold set count as a comparison field, then require the factory to explain how those molds serve the drawing. If a four-cavity manufacturer table is cited, require the exact configuration row; do not import a heat-set rotary architecture as if it were that row. Work envelope, footprint and PLC interface belong here if the plant already has a control standard. Throughput in BPH must carry test conditions.
List extra molds, neck inserts, air recovery, chillers, unscramblers, conveyors, installation, training and spare parts as included or extra. A lower machine line-item is not a lower project cost if those items move to the buyer. No discount figure is shown on this site.
Compressed air demand should be stated at the quoted BPH with pressure units, not as an unnamed compressor. Cooling water temperature and flow belong next to mold cooling claims. Cold-fill versus heat-resistant processing must be explicit, because oven and mold heating differ. FAT or SAT language should point to measured bottles, not to a photographed empty machine. Related: geometry notes and utility notes.
Still open until the buyer answers: quantity, destination, delivery window, three-phase supply, connected load, and optional budget with currency and per-unit or whole-order basis plus supplier tier preference.
