Pet Bottle Blowing Machine Sourcing

This page states supplier responsibilities when factory quotes are requested. Pet Bottle Blowing Machine Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We collect bottle geometry, utilities and destination, then ask manufacturers to confirm feasibility. We do not own a blow-molding plant and we do not sell as a brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, if needed, are requested from the named factory rather than presented as this website’s credentials.

Supplier responsibilities

The buyer owns the bottle specification, the plant interfaces and the acceptance decision. The coordinator organizes comparable questions. The supplier confirms what the quoted pet bottle blowing machine will actually run, including mold fit and utility loads.

Supplier responsibilities: Equipment scope

Each manufacturer should name the stretch-blow envelope, oven, mold set, cavity count, stretching rods and discharge that belong in the offer. If a four-cavity table is cited, the supplier must map volume in litres and neck diameter in millimetres to the buyer drawing. Heat-resistant versus cold-fill processing is a supplier confirmation, not a marketing label copied from another architecture.

Price exclusions

Suppliers should flag extra molds, neck inserts, air recovery, chillers, conveyors, installation, training, spare parts and shipping. A lower machine line-item is not a lower project cost if those items move to the buyer. This site publishes no savings percentage because no matched quote set exists in the project record.

Response basis

Ask factories to quote against the same trial bottle and to state compressed air demand, cooling water and connected load at the quoted BPH. Wall distribution and dimensional checks should be measured on bottles from the start and end of the trial. Nominal cycle time is not an accepted-bottle record. FAT or SAT methods stay with the contract parties.

Remaining buyer input: quantity, destination, delivery window, available three-phase supply, footprint, PLC interface if the plant already has one, and optional budget with currency and per-unit or whole-order basis. Related: utilities and transfer.
